“Before we partnered with Eagle IT, we had an extremely outdated infrastructure, and while we are still a long way from where we want to be, Eagle IT now has us on a path to success.  We signed on with Eagle IT in October of 2018, and in less than 4 months Shane and his team have made a drastic impact on how we work. 

Not only have they assisted with a 365 migration (at almost half of the price quoted by our previous provider), they brought our system up to date with server patching and critical updates, as well as conducting a review of our phone and internet invoices with the aim of significantly reducing those ongoing costs for us in the coming months. Shane’s software allows remote control into our environment which means he can assist us from anywhere at any time. Eagle IT “help desk” support is second to none, with speedy (often immediate) response to issues when raised.
